Plastic Surgery Post-Operative Care Nurs

Service Description

Book a private Registered Nurse provides in-home or hotel assistance and observation care to patients recovering from plastic surgery. This service is for Plastic Surgeons who wants their patients who had Post-Plastic Surgery to have Observation Nurse Care in their home or hotel for the first 12-24 hours Post-Surgery. When Surgeons feel the need for their patients to have assistance immediately after surgery to help the patients in the beginning stage of recuperation, Observation Nurse Care is here for the patient recovery needs. *The Surgeon/Physician is required to sign "Independent Contractor Agreement" to contract Mobile Nurse Crystal to provide services, complete "Client Health History" of your clients full medical/surgery history and nursing orders, and client sign "Promotional Consent Form". All forms and consents will be emailed to you after booking and/or consultation. All Client Information is HIPPA protected.* Price: -$110/hour for every 12 hours (times are negotiable, see calendar for available dates and times) -$150/hour for each additional hours over 24 -hours. Travel and Parking Fee $60 (if more than one day of parking fee is charged, will be added to bill) Observation Nurse Care Duties: -Vital Signs -Wound Care -Educate and Monitor patient administer Prescription Medications. -Administer Oral Medications related to Post-Surgery Medication prescriptions ONLY. Does NOT administer medication from client list of medical history. -Assist with Activities of Daily Living -Intravenous Hydration and Intramuscular Injections ordered by plastic surgeon relating to post-surgical care and not daily home medications.
